LaFawn Davis: Building an inclusive workplace

LaFawn Davis chats to Sarah about Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging in Episode 4 of the Working on Wellbeing podcast.

It’s difficult to overstate the importance of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging to our wellbeing.

In Episode 3 of the World Wellbeing Movements Working on Wellbeing podcast, Sarah Cunningham chats to a global leader in this space: LaFawn Davis.

In addition to her role as Vice President, Environmental, Social & Governance at recruitment site Indeed (and one of the World Wellbeing Movement’s Board of Directors), LaFawn has been named in Entrepreneur Magazine’s 100 Women of Impact, Fast Company’s Queer50, San Francisco Business Times’s Most Influential Women in Business and Fortune’s Most Powerful Women.

She talks to Sarah about what Belonging actually means in a workplace context, the real-life impact of “you cannot be what you cannot see” and shares insights from the world’s largest study of employee wellbeing, undertaken in partnership with the University of Oxford’s Wellbeing Research Centre.
