A new report demonstrating the “compelling business case for allowing employees to be at the heart of their organisational purpose and business strategy” has been published by UK business network Business in the Community (BITC).

The report, produced with support and research by World Wellbeing Movement founding members the McKinsey Health Institute and the Wellbeing Research Centre at the University of Oxford, consolidates evidence from academic literature and industry studies to supports the economic value proposition (EVP) for investing in employee health and wellbeing.
